Lorenzo uses the name, profile information and message content you choose to share to respond and follow up on your enquiry. This is based on the legitimate interest in handling professional correspondence, or on taking steps at your request before an agreement where applicable. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the conversation and any resulting relationship, or where a legal obligation requires retention. You can ask for deletion of correspondence that is no longer needed. LinkedIn applies its own retention rules to data it controls.
